Mike Neal

Mike Neal started his career as a pitcher at Kansas City Kansas Community College. He then played 2 years at Ottawa University.  During his college  baseball career he was All-Conference for 2 years, All-Region for 2 years, and was All-American his senior year.  Mike augmented his college time playing in the Northwoods league, and spent his last year in the Atlantic Coast League.  After playing baseball, Mike began his coaching career at Mac-N-Seitz where he was charged with handling their pitcher training programs for 4 years.  Feeling there must be a better way to develop pitchers than just giving private lessons, Mike was introduced to the Athletic Pitcher Program.  Strongly believing in the benefits of this program, Mike moved over to Regal Athletic to be the operations manager so he could teach this system to any and all.  As a certified CORE instructor, Mike teaches players of all skill levels  and does private instruction when individual attention is required.  In his spare time Mike is also the manager of the Regal Plastic Ban Johnson team.
